Sudip Nandy
Chief Executive Officer
Sudip has a long history of building internationally successful, high
growth businesses. He joined Aricent as CEO in October 2008, with a rich
track record and deep domain expertise in the communications and outsourcing
industry.
Previously, Sudip was the president of the technology media and telecom
business unit at Wipro, overseeing more than 18,000 people and a revenue run
rate of US $1.3 billion per annum. He held a number of positions including
Chief Strategy Officer globally responsible for the successful completion of
nine merger and acquisitions, and joint venture transactions over a two year
period. In addition, Sudip headed up the Wipro European Sales and
Operations, growing development centers in the United Kingdom and Sweden.
Prior to that, Sudip was Vice President of product development and marketing
at a Silicon Valley semiconductor start-up, which was folded into Wipro.
Sudip holds a Bachelors Degree in Physics with Honors from the Indian
Institute of Technology, Kharagpur and another one in Electrical Technology
and Electronics from the Indian Institute of Science in Bangalore. He also
has an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management in Ahmedabad. Sudip has
been an active member of the Institute of Directors, and is an active
participant in the Global Executive Forum of the Economist Intelligence
Unit.

Sanjay Dhawan
President and COO, Communications Engineering Division
Communications Engineering Management Team Sanjay demonstrates the rare ability to recognize and realize new
business opportunities when markets and technologies are in transition.
He has driven the success of both large companies and start-ups, and he
is a highly successful serial entrepreneur. As President and Chief
Operating Officer of Aricent's Communications Engineering group, Sanjay is
responsible for its software business units, sales organization,
strategic business initiatives, and a variety of corporate functions.
Sanjay was named President and Chief Operating Officer in October
2007. He joined Aricent in 2006 as its Chief Strategy Officer, a role in
which he was responsible for company strategy and several business
units. Prior to joining Aricent, Sanjay was Chairman, CEO, and
Co-Founder of Inkra Networks, which defined the virtual networking
market segment through its highly acclaimed product lines. Before
starting Inkra, Sanjay was Vice President of Business Development at
Netopia, a leader in DSL access products. He fueled rapid growth at
Netopia by focusing on sales to service providers in Europe and Asia.
Sanjay joined Netopia when it acquired StarNet Technologies, which
Sanjay co-founded and led as its President and CEO. StarNet was the
pioneer in Voice-Over-DSL technology. Prior to building StarNet, Sanjay
oversaw the Systems Engineering Business Unit at Advanced Micro Devices
(AMD). Sanjay has authored several networking-related publications,
including two books on data networking. He has led several industry
consortiums and has chaired IEEE 802 and ANSI X3T9 standards sub-groups.
Sanjay holds a masters degree in Electrical Engineering from Brunel
University, England, and a BS degree in Electronics and Communications
from REC Kurukshetra, India.

Doreen Lorenzo
President and COO, frog design
frog design Management Team
Doreen has been a driving force in improving the way people worldwide
experience products and services. For over a decade, she has been critical to
frog design's success and growth, both organizationally and financially.
Prior to becoming President and COO in September 2006, Doreen was Chief
Operating Officer of frog design. In this role, she was instrumental in
transforming frog design from a traditional design boutique to the world's
leading creative consulting firm. Under Doreen's leadership, frog established
broad-based relationships with AT&T, Disney, General Electric, HP, Microsoft,
Motorola, Nextel, T-Mobile, and many other Fortune 500 clients. Previously,
Doreen was Director of Marketing Communications and Internet Marketing for Power
Computing, where she built an online marketing division that brought in millions
of dollars a day in product sales-long before Internet retailing was
commonplace. Before that, she spent many years as a communications consultant in
the Bay Area, where she worked with a variety of top tier clients. Doreen holds
a BA from the State University of New York, Stony Brook (USA) and an MS from
Boston University's School of Communications.

Shawn Soderberg
Senior Vice President, Legal
Ms. Soderberg is Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Aricent. At
Aricent, Ms. Soderberg is responsible for managing the legal and tax department
and corporate development activities. Prior to Aricent, Ms. Soderberg held
the position of Managing Director for H&Q Asia Pacific (HQAP), a private equity
firm engaged in investments in buyouts, recapitalizations and control
transactions in various industries throughout Asia. Prior to joining HQAP,
Ms. Soderberg was employed at Oak Technology, an embedded solutions provider for
the optical storage and the digital home entertainment market, as Vice
President, General Counsel and Secretary. Ms. Soderberg was engaged in
various business development activities Oak Technology, including launching the
Oak Venture Fund. Prior to joining Oak, she was Vice President and General
Counsel for Microtec Research, Inc., a software provider for embedded systems.
Ms. Soderberg holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Santa Clara, a
J.D. from Seattle University and an L.L.M. in Taxation from New York University. |

Alexander Oustach
President and COO, Aricent Eastern Europe
Alex has been an innovator in software development and an expert in
launching new businesses in emerging markets for over 17 years. He is a
serial entrepreneur with the rare ability to transform start-ups into
sophisticated, large organizations. Alex became President of Aricent Eastern
Europe in the summer of 2006.
Prior to becoming President of Aricent Eastern Europe, Alex was General
Manager of Flextronics Design Ukraine, a division formed when Flextronics
acquired the company AUCT in 2004. As the leader of Flextronics Design
Ukraine, Alex grew his team from 200 to a mature software organization of
nearly 700 people. Previously, as the founder and Chief Executive Officer of
AUCT, Alex built a team with industry-leading expertise in speech and
language technologies, embedded software, networking software and
communications applications. The group's unique skills led to a roster of
top-tier clients located in the United States, Europe and Israel. Prior to
launching and growing software businesses, Alex was engaged in scientific
research in the area of high performance computing. He holds a Ph.D. in
computer science and a MS in electrical engineering from Vinnitsa Technical
University (Ukraine).

David Freedman
Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Aricent
David brings over 30 years of diverse finance experience to his CFO
role. He is the key figure driving Aricent’s financial operations including
financial management, treasury operations and taxation planning along with
establishing next generation of financial control accounting and management
reporting systems.
Prior to Aricent, David was the Executive Vice President and CFO at KGB
(formerly Infonxx) where he spearheaded multiple acquisitions to expand the
delivery footprint of services to Asia and Europe, including a US$100+
Million acquisition of a major European competitor. He also led the team
that filed KGB’s S1 and led discussions with SEC while exploring an IPO.
Further, he successfully negotiated new loans worth $600M and developed the
financial infrastructure needed to support the move to becoming a public
company. Previously, he was the CFO of Iowa Wireless, a joint venture
between Iowa Network Services and T-Mobile. Between 1994 and 1998, he served
as the VP & CFO of Jotan Inc, where he was instrumental in driving a
successful IPO for the company, including handling the SEC filings,
preparation for SOX compliance and more. He also oversaw the acquisition of
a company six times larger than Jotan. David has an MBA from Nova
University.
