Active Mediation System (AMS)
The Aricent Active Mediation System (AMS) supports
wireless, wireline, satellite and next-generation networks such as IMS and
WiMAX. It provides a congruent view of usage data from a network with
disparate network components, supporting divergent technologies that service
providers use to drive revenue by offering value-added services to their
customers.
AMS has a modular architecture and supports convergent
prepaid and postpaid services. The AMS simplifies the development of
interfaces to network elements and design to ensure that total cost of
ownership remains low.
