The Aricent Cell Developers Program (CDP) is an
ecosystem that boosts the value of our Celltop mobile client framework.
Using CDP, third-party developers can create new and innovative cells that
make it easier for service providers to quickly introduce new services and
applications.
Aricent’s Companion Lifecycle Services
The majority of Aricent’s products are delivered with
tailored combinations of our Lifecycle Services, including Global Innovation
and Design, Product Development, Testing and Certification, Network
Engineering, Maintenance and Support, and Business Operations and Systems
Integration. Aricent’s engineers and consultants have successfully completed
thousands of services engagements globally using flexible delivery models
ranging from on-site to off-shore. Aricent’s services offer deep
communications domain expertise, cost and time efficiencies, quick ramp up
and contemporary commercial engagement models including end-to-end
commitments.
Through the CDP, Aricent provides a software
development kit (SDK), a user guide, and a cell builder tool to facilitate
development of new cell ideas. In addition, Aricent’s support channel helps
resolve developers’ queries on cell development or the Celltop platform, and
developers can use the CDP forum to share knowledge and experience.
Developers can take cell concepts directly to wireless
service providers or application service providers where Celltop is
deployed. Alternatively, they can submit their concepts to Aricent for
evaluation with respect to potential marketing through our channels. Aricent
can present developers’ cells as demo cells to potential customers or
service providers wherever Aricent is engaged.
