- Tier 1 and 2 Support
Fault management, the first of the FCAPS functionalities, consumes

and 2 support.
- Managed Operations and Maintenance

- NOC Set up and Operations
FCAPS, TM Forum's eTOM, and ITIL models are highly effective in managing
complex networks; however, it requires specialized skills to customize these
models to suit different networks, each with its own specific requirements.
With operators deploying multi-geographic networks, considerable cost and
operational efficiencies can be achieved by centralizing the operational
management for these networks. Aricent has expertise in design, setup,
backbone leasing, connectivity, security (physical and virtual) and
operational management of multiple networks with NOC (centralized
controlling center that manages the operations of the associated networks).
With a focused OSS vertical and expertise in NGOSS and other operational

- Managed Services
All of the various services under NCIS combined and offered in a single

on an operator requirements, both program and contract management can also
