Network Planning

Aricent’s Network Planning ensures that the service providers achieve the expected levels of coverage, quality of service and throughput through upfront planning, consultation, designing and optimization of the network to meet the desired performance goals.

The process is initiated by bringing together network experts that represent various phases of the overall network service delivery, i.e. Radio, 2G/3G Core, IMS, Transport, VAS, OSS and BSS. Customer inputs are taken from various decision makers, namely the CMO, CTO & CIO organizations and they are collated to formulate the network service delivery goals that drive the overall network design. The overall planning process can be segregated into three phases with individual planning activities and inputs. This is shown in the diagram below.
