Adam H. Clammer
Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co., L.P. ("KKR")
Adam H. Clammer joined Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. in 1995 and is a Member. He has extensive experience investing across a broad range of industries and is currently focused on technology and related industries. Prior to joining KKR, Clammer was with Morgan Stanley & Co. in Hong Kong, where he focused on privatization and investment banking activities in Asia, and in New York in the Mergers and Acquisitions Department. Clammer has been involved in a variety of industries during his tenure at KKR, including technology, telecommunications, health care services, pharmaceuticals and general industrials. He has been involved in the investments in Agilent SPG, Borden, Intermedia Communications, Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Inc., MedCath Corporation, Nuvox Communications, RELTEC, SunGard Data Systems and Zhone Technologies, Inc. Clammer is a director of Avago Technologies, MedCath, Zhone Technologies, Jazz Pharmaceuticals and a member of the Operating Committee at SunGard Data Systems. He received a BS from the University of California and an MBA, with High Distinction, from Harvard Business School.
Joe W. Forehand
Senior Advisor, Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co., L.P. ("KKR"), and former Chairman and CEO of Accenture
Joe W. Forehand served as Accenture's CEO from November 1999 through August 2004, leading Accenture through a period of significant change and growth. In August 2000, Forehand orchestrated the successful conclusion of the company's arbitration process with Andersen Worldwide. Shortly thereafter, the company changed its name to Accenture and undertook one of the largest global rebranding campaigns of its kind in record time. In July 2001 Forehand led the company in its IPO, one of the largest in US history. Forehand has also overseen the company's strategic change initiative, moving Accenture from a conventional consulting model to a focus on business consulting, technology leadership and outsourcing. During Forehand's term as CEO, Accenture grew from $9.6 billion in revenue and 66,000 employees to $13.7 billion in revenue and 103,000 employees. As a public company under his leadership, Accenture's total return to shareholders was 74 percent at a time when the S&P 100 Index decreased 14 percent. Accenture's fiscal year 2004 return on invested capital would rank No. 1 relative to the S&P 100 companies. Forehand has received many honors for his visionary leadership. Among them are the Carl S. Sloane Award for Excellence in Management Consulting and the Morgan Stanley Leadership Award for Global Commerce, sponsored by the Computerworld Honors Program. Forehand also is a member of the Hands On Network Advisory Council, which advises the Hands On Network as it seeks to extend and enhance volunteer and civic action through corporate participation.
James H. Greene, Jr.
Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co., L.P. ("KKR")
James H. Greene, Jr. has been a Member at KKR since 1993. Prior to joining the firm in 1986, he was a Vice President of Bankers Trust Company in Los Angeles where he was involved with management buyout financings, merger and acquisition advisory assignments, and other corporate finance activities. Greene is a member of the Board of Directors of the following companies: Accuride Corporation, Avago Technologies, Alliance Imaging, Inc., NuVox Communications, SunGard Data Systems, and Zhone Technologies, Inc. He is also a Director of the U.S. Lacrosse Foundation, a national organization dedicated to the growth of lacrosse; a member of the University of Pennsylvania's Athletic Advisory Board; and a past Chairman of the Alexis de Tocqueville Society of the United Way of the Bay Area.
Tony Morgan
Canadian Pension Plan Investment Board
Tony Morgan is a Senior Principal in the Canadian Pension Plan Investment Board's Private Investments group. Prior to joining the Canadian Pension Plan Investment Board, Morgan was a Partner at Alchemy Partners, a private equity firm in London. Previously, he was an Investment Manager at Permira in London and spent several years as a management consultant with Mitchell Madison Group.
Sudip Nandy
Chief Executive Officer, Aricent Group
Sudip Nandy has a long history of building internationally successful, high growth businesses. Sudip joined the Aricent Group as CEO in October 2008, with a rich track record and deep domain expertise in the communications and outsourcing industry. Previously, Nandy was the president of the technology media and telecom business unit at Wipro, overseeing more than 18,000 people and a revenue run rate of US $1.3 billion per annum. He held a number of positions including chief strategy officer, globally responsible for the successful completion of nine merger and acquisitions, and joint venture transactions over a two year period. In addition Sudip headed up the Wipro European Sales and Operations, growing development centers in the United Kingdom and Sweden. Prior to that, he was vice president of product development and marketing at a Silicon Valley semiconductor start-up, which was folded into Wipro. Nandy holds a Bachelors Degree in Physics with Honors from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur and another one in Electrical Technology and Electronics from the Indian Institute of Science in Bangalore. He also has an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management in Ahmedabad. He has been an active member of the Institute of Directors, and is an active participant in the Global Executive Forum of the Economist Intelligence Unit.
Arun Sarin
Senior Advisor, Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co., L.P. ("KKR"), and former Chief Executive of Vodafone Group, PLC
Arun Sarin joined Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. in 2009 as a Senior Advisor. Before his retirement in July 2008, Sarin served as CEO of the Vodafone Group Plc, the world’s largest mobile phone company by revenue. In his five years as CEO, Vodafone returned capital of approximately £34 billion to shareholders including dividends, one-off returns and buy backs. Mr. Sarin’s telecom career began in 1984 at Pacific Telesis Group (PTG) where he pioneered the expansion of the mobile communications industry by acquiring numerous domestic and international cellular licenses. He held several senior roles at PTG over the next decade. In 1994, he led the review and recommendation for the spin off of the wireless businesses from PTG which became AirTouch Communications. Subsequently, he was appointed President and COO of AirTouch in 1997. With the 1999 merger of Vodafone and AirTouch, Sarin became CEO of Vodafone’s U.S./Asia-Pacific region. He left Vodafone in 2000 and rejoined as Chief Executive in 2003. He has served on numerous Boards including The Gap, Charles Schwab Corporation, and the Court of the Bank of England. He is currently a non-executive director of Safeway and Cisco Systems.
Nathaniel H. Taylor

Nathaniel H. Taylor joined Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. (KKR) in 2005 and is a Director. He has been involved with the investments in Academy Sports + Outdoor, Cafe Coffee Day, Dalmia Cement, SunGard Data Systems, Sun Microsystems, Toys 'R' Us, and US Foods. He currently sits on the board of directors of Academy, Aricent, Toys 'R' Us, and US Foods. Mr. Taylor also spent two years in India, helping to establish KKR's operations there. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Taylor was with Bain Capital where he was involved in the execution of investments in the retail, health care and technology sectors. He holds a B.A., magna cum laude, from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A., Arjay Miller Scholar, from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
