Sudip Nandy
Chief Executive Officer
Sudip Nandy joined the Aricent Group as Chief Executive Officer in October 2008 with rich experience and deep domain expertise in the communications and IT services industry. Sudip has a long history of building internationally successful, high-growth businesses. Before joining Aricent, Sudip was president of the technology, media, and telecom business unit at Wipro, one of the world’s largest information technology companies. Under his leadership, the business unit grew to US $1.3 billion in annual revenue with more than 18,000 employees. During his 25-year tenure with Wipro, Sudip held several executive positions, including chief strategy officer, where he spearheaded nine successful mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures. He also headed Wipro’s European sales and operations, significantly increasing the company’s presence in the UK and Sweden. Previously, Sudip was vice president of product development and marketing at a Silicon Valley semiconductor start-up, acquired by Wipro. Sudip holds a bachelors degree in Physics with Honors from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur as well as a BS in Electrical Technology and Electronics from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. He earned his MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. Sudip is a member of the Institute of Directors, and an active participant in the Economist Intelligence Unit's Global Executive Forum.

Mick Lopez
Chief Financial Officer
Mick Lopez joined the Aricent Group from Cisco where he was the Vice President, Corporate Finance and Operations. He has a track record of 25 years improving profitability, revenue growth, and shareholder value in leading global organizations such as IBM, Tyco International, KPMG, and Cisco. At Cisco, he most recently was responsible for the financial analysis and planning of the company. In addition, he played an instrumental role in the company’s pricing, investments, systems and strategies. Prior to Cisco, Mick was the Vice President of Strategy and Business Development for Tyco International’s electronic security and fire suppression systems business. He joined Tyco in 2003, as the CFO of ADT Security Systems, to implement the restructuring of its financial operations. Before his tenure at Tyco, Mick was the CEO of Americas Ventures/New Idea Center, a venture capital consulting firm. At IBM Corporation, he held various positions of increasing responsibility in strategy and finance, including CFO of IBM Brazil, CFO IBM Personal Computer Latin America, and Manager of Europe PC Pricing. Mick started his career as an auditor and consultant with KPMG, and is a licensed CPA. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University and an MBA from the University of Chicago.

C.P. Murali
Executive Vice President and General Manager, Product Engineering Services
C. P. Murali heads the Product Engineering Services business unit at Aricent. C.P. has been with the Aricent Group since 1994, and has been instrumental in restructuring the company from a captive software development firm to a strong global technology innovation organization. C.P’s’s strong customer focus and organizational skills have helped the business unit develop solutions for telecommunication equipment manufacturers facing daunting development and deployment challenges. Before joining Aricent, C.P. served at the Center for Development of Telematics (C-DOT), New Delhi, where he was part of the pioneering software engineering team that designed and developed indigenous Digital Switching Systems for the Indian market.

Patrick Joggerst
Executive Vice President and General Manager, Carrier Services and Solutions
Patrick Joggerst leads the Aricent Group's business unit focused on communications service providers. He joined Aricent in 2009 as senior vice president worldwide sales. Patrick brings more than 25 years of technology and communications experience to his position. He has held several executive positions in multiple companies—from start-ups to multi-billion dollar enterprises. He has worked in many sectors of the communications industry, including mobile and broadband operators such as AT&T, Global Crossing, and PrimeCo, as well as the world’s largest operations support systems (OSS) and VoIP platform suppliers, such as Telcordia and NextPoint.

Doreen Lorenzo
President, frog, and Executive Vice President and General Manager
As President of frog (a company of the Aricent Group), Doreen Lorenzo has been critical to the company’s success and growth. Before becoming President in September 2006, Doreen was chief operating officer of frog. She has been instrumental in transforming the company from a traditional design boutique to one of the world’s leading creative consulting firms. Under her leadership, frog has established broad-based relationships with Fortune 500 clients, including AT&T, Disney, General Electric, HP, Microsoft, Motorola, Nextel, and T-Mobile. Previously, Doreen was director of marketing communications and Internet marketing for Power Computing, where she built an online marketing division that brought in millions of dollars a day in product sales—long before Internet retailing was commonplace. Before that, she was a communications consultant in the Bay Area, where she worked with a variety of top-tier clients.

Raj Datt
Senior Vice President, Global Operations and Chief Information Officer
Raj Datt brings more than two decades of global experience to his role. Before joining Aricent, Raj served as chief information officer and vice president of information technology at the University of Maryland (UMUC). Previously, Raj served as vice president and general manager, advisor, and CIO at Samoa Technologies where he established the business and led strategy, technology, business development, and process improvement for manufacturing and start-up organizations throughout North America. Raj has also served as global vice president and CIO, including BOD member and MD, for the shared services BPO unit in India of Kennametal Inc., and as the executive CIO and business process transformation leader of Panasonic Automotive Systems. Additionally, he spent many years at GE in several senior leadership positions, including head of the worldwide Center of Excellence for Enterprise Systems and CIO of Energy Rentals. He also held multiple roles in corporate audit staff, finance, supply chain, e-Commerce, and IT at TRW (Northrop Grumann) and McDonnell Douglas (Boeing).

Theodore Forbath
Vice President, Innovation Strategy
Theodore Forbath heads the Aricent Group's Innovation Strategy unit that focuses on assisting customers in transforming their products and services, key business systems, and applications into competitive global solutions. Theodore is an expert in linking technology, product, and market investments with business strategies and objectives. Over the past 15 years, he has helped leading technology vendors, service providers, and global enterprises in developing successful product strategies, innovative business models, and implementing successful go-to-market strategies. At Aricent, his responsibility also includes tracking and writing about the evolution of communications technology and the impact of the Internet and globalization on technology adoption and product development strategies.

Amitabh Hajela
Vice President and Global Head of Human resources
Amitabh Hajela has more than two decades of experience in human resource and talent management. Before joining the Aricent Group, Amitabh was vice president and global head of HR at EXL, a New York-based services enterprise, where he was instrumental in positioning the company as a global employer. He also served as the director for global talent acquisition and leadership development for Celanese, a Dallas-based Fortune 300 chemical company, where he led the talent acquisition for the US, Europe, and China. Previously, Amitabh served at American Express as vice president and business leader for strategic initiatives and projects. He was responsible for providing leadership to the strategy development and implementation of the American Express controllership function in India. He has also served as senior executive at GE in the US and India.

Tim Leberecht
Chief Marketing Officer
Before assuming responsibility for the Aricent Group's worldwide marketing, Tim was chief marketing officer at frog, a company of the Aricent Group. Prior to joining frog in 2006, Tim was the head of corporate communications at Mindjet Corporation, a provider of enterprise productivity and brainstorming software. He also was a press chief for the first-ever global Olympic Torch Relay in 2004 and worked in marketing communications for Deutsche Telekom in Germany as well as at digital marketing agencies. Tim participated in a series of expert hearings on a future vision for Germany, held by the German Federal Chancellery, in 2010, and serves as a member of the World Economic Forum’s Global Agenda Council on Values and Decision-Making, 2011-2012.

Shawn Soderberg
Senior Vice President, Legal, and General Counsel
Shawn Soderberg leads the Aricent Group's legal and corporate development activities. Before joining Aricent, she was managing director of H&Q Asia Pacific (HQAP), a private equity firm engaged in investments in buyouts, recapitalizations, and control transactions in various industries in Asia. Prior to H&Q, Shawn was vice president, general counsel, and secretary of Oak Technology, an embedded solutions provider for the optical storage and the digital home entertainment market, where she was responsible for various business development activities, including the launch of Oak Venture Fund. She has also served as vice president and general counsel of Microtec Research, Inc., a software provider for embedded systems.
