Ash Bhardwaj,
Aricent
Ash Bhardwaj has a track record of serial success in building high growth businesses to address emerging markets. Over an eighteen year period, he was instrumental in driving Flextronics' revenue growth from less than $100 million a year to over $15 billion annually. Ash has been the CEO of Aricent (previously Flextronics Software Systems) since the summer of 2005. Prior to assuming the CEO role, he was President of Original Design Manufacturing and Design Services at Flextronics. In this position, Ash formulated Flextronics' software development and solutions strategy and acquired and merged the various businesses that compose Aricent.
Previously, Ash was President of Worldwide Sales and Strategic Accounts at Flextronics, where he successfully established and grew the company's most important customer relationships. Prior to running the global sales organization, Ash was President of Flextronics Asia-Pacific based out of Hong Kong. After quickly recognizing the manufacturing opportunity in Asia, Ash established operations in South China, and expanded Flextronics' operations into North China, India, Japan, and Malaysia.
Ash holds a BSEE from the Thapar Institute of Engineering (India) and an MBA from Southeastern Louisiana University (USA).
Adam H. Clammer,
Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co., L.P. ("KKR")
Adam H. Clammer joined Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. in 1995 and is a Member. He has extensive experience investing across a broad range of industries and is currently focused on technology and related industries. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Clammer was with Morgan Stanley & Co. in Hong Kong, where he focused on privatization and investment banking activities in Asia, and in New York in the Mergers and Acquisitions Department.
Mr. Clammer has been involved in a variety of industries during his tenure at KKR, including technology, telecommunications, health care services, pharmaceuticals and general industrials. He has been involved in the investments in Agilent SPG, Borden, Intermedia Communications, Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Inc., MedCath Corporation, Nuvox Communications, RELTEC, SunGard Data Systems and Zhone Technologies, Inc.
Mr. Clammer is a director of Avago Technologies, MedCath, Zhone Technologies, Jazz Pharmaceuticals and a member of the Operating Committee at SunGard Data Systems. He received a BS from the University of California and an MBA, with High Distinction, from Harvard Business School.
Joe Forehand,
KKR Senior Advisor and former Chairman and CEO of Accenture
Joe W. Forehand served as Accenture's CEO from November 1999 through August 2004, leading Accenture through a period of significant change and growth. In August 2000, Mr. Forehand orchestrated the successful conclusion of the company's arbitration process with Andersen Worldwide. Shortly thereafter, the company changed its name to Accenture and undertook one of the largest global rebranding campaigns of its kind in record time. In July 2001 Mr. Forehand led the company in its IPO, one of the largest in US history. Mr. Forehand has also overseen the company's strategic change initiative, moving Accenture from a conventional consulting model to a focus on business consulting, technology leadership and outsourcing.
During Mr. Forehand's term as CEO, Accenture grew from $9.6 billion in revenue and 66,000 employees to $13.7 billion in revenue and 103,000 employees. As a public company under his leadership, Accenture's total return to shareholders was 74 percent at a time when the S&P 100 Index decreased 14 percent. Accenture's fiscal year 2004 return on invested capital would rank No. 1 relative to the S&P 100 companies.
Mr. Forehand joined the company in 1972 in the Atlanta office and became a partner 10 years later. He was named Accenture's CEO in November 1999 and chairman of the board of directors in February 2001. Immediately prior to becoming CEO, he led Accenture's Communications & High Tech operating group.
Mr. Forehand has received many honors for his visionary leadership. Among them are the Carl S. Sloane Award for Excellence in Management Consulting and the Morgan Stanley Leadership Award for Global Commerce, sponsored by the Computerworld Honors Program. Mr. Forehand also is a member of the Hands On Network Advisory Council, which advises the Hands On Network as it seeks to extend and enhance volunteer and civic action through corporate participation.
Raised in Alabama, Mr. Forehand graduated from Auburn University in 1971 with a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial engineering. He received a Master of Science degree in industrial administration from the Krannert School of Management at Purdue University in 1972. Mr. Forehand also holds an honorary doctorate of management from Purdue University. He and his wife have two sons.
James H. Greene,
Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co., L.P. ("KKR")
Mr. Greene has been a Member at KKR since 1993. Prior to joining the firm in 1986, he was a Vice President of Bankers Trust Company in Los Angeles where he was involved with management buyout financings, merger and acquisition advisory assignments, and other corporate finance activities.
Mr. Greene is a member of the Board of Directors of the following companies: Accuride Corporation, Avago Technologies, Alliance Imaging, Inc., NuVox Communications, SunGard Data Systems, and Zhone Technologies, Inc. He is also a Director of the U.S. Lacrosse Foundation, a national organization dedicated to the growth of lacrosse; a member of the University of Pennsylvania's Athletic Advisory Board; and a past Chairman of the Alexis de Tocqueville Society of the United Way of the Bay Area.
Mr. Greene received his BS in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania in 1972 after growing up in Syracuse.

Michael Moritz focuses on information technology investments at Sequoia Capital. He is currently a Director of Google (GOOG) and Zappos. He previously was a Director of Saba Software (SABA), Agile Software (AGIL), Global Center (acquired by Global Crossing, GLBC), LinkExchange (acquired by Microsoft, MSFT), eGroups (acquired by Yahoo!), Flextronics (FLEX), NeoMagic (NMGC), Quote.Com (acquired by Lycos, TRLY), Visigenic (acquired by Borland), CenterRun (acquired by Sun), PayPal (PYPL, acquired by eBay) and Yahoo! (YHOO). Before joining Sequoia Capital in 1986, he worked in a variety of positions at Time Warner and was a founder of Technologic Partners.
Thomas J. Smach,
Flextronics
Mr. Smach has been the Flextronics Chief Financial Officer since December 2004 and was previously the Senior Vice President of Finance since the acquisition of the Dii Group in April 2000. While at Dii, Mr. Smach held the position of Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining the Dii Group in 1994, Mr. Smach held the position of Certified Public Accountant and Senior Audit Manager with KPMG Peat Marwick for twelve years. Mr. Smach received his BS in Accounting from State University of New York at Binghamton.
Nathaniel H. Taylor,
Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co., L.P. ("KKR")
Nathaniel H. Taylor joined Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. in 2005 and is a Principal. He is a member of the Technology industry team. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Taylor was with Bain Capital where he was involved in the execution of investments in the retail, health care and technology sectors, including SunGard Data Systems. He holds a BA, magna cum laude, from Dartmouth College, and an MBA from Stanford University where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar.
