Aricent has developed a performance measurement framework, Health Index, for maintenance projects aligned with the TL 9000 measurement system. This presentation demonstrates use of index number and statistical process control (SPC) methods to provide a mechanism for quantifying, tracking and improving percentages in meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and thereby, customer satisfaction.
Pranay Mishra will discuss how application of the performance measurement Health Index has increased response times resulting in 24% improvement in Meeting SLA (FRT) and how that translates to a 15% increase in the customer satisfaction index in post sales support over a period of two years.
