It provides wholesale roaming settlement for roaming partners and home operators with simplified roaming business processes supporting complex call scenarios, settlement in different /standard Special Drawing Rights (SDR) currency, inter operator tariff check with bilateral agreement, Near Real Time Roaming Data Exchange (NRTRDE) collection, and more.
Features
- Transferred Account Procedure (TAP) Processing – RSS supports processing of TAP (TD.57 GSMA standard) records from roaming partners for accurate charging
- Returned Account Procedure (RAP) Processing – RSS supports generation/validation of RAP (TD.32 GSMA standard) records from both home and roaming partners to generate correct TAP files for accurate charging
- Near Real Time Roaming Data Exchange (NRTRDE) Support – The solution supports processing of NRTRDE (TD.35 GSMA standard) from both home and roaming partners. NRTRDRE dramatically reduces the roaming exchange time and makes it easier to spot and eliminate fraud

SDR is the monetary unit of the reserve assets of the International Monetary Fund (IMF)
- Wholesale Rating and Inter Operating Tariff (IOT) – RSS provides robust rating, IOT check, and re-rating for TAP files resulting in error-free roaming charging and billing
- Roaming Traffic Data Exchange (RTDR) and High Usage Report (HUR) – RSS supports the GSMA standard for RTDR reports and HUR, minimizing revenue loss at the home operator’s end
- Comprehensive Web Based Reporting System – RSS allows operators to estimate/manage their revenues by providing easy-to-comprehend revenue summary and financial reports. The solution also facilitates daily and monthly revenue analysis, partner management, and the resolution of partner disputes
