Frank Kern is the Chief Executive Officer of Aricent and a member of the Board of Directors. Prior to Aricent, Frank was with IBM for over thirty years in various leadership roles including Senior Vice President, Global Business Services, Senior Vice-President Sales and Distribution and President, Asia Pacific.
President, Semiconductor Business Unit
Pradeep Vajram has over 25 years of experience in the Semiconductor industry, most recently as the CEO and founder of SmartPlay, Previously, Pradeep was the Vice President of Engineering at Qualcomm, heading the India semiconductor division. He was also the co-founder and COO at Spike Technologies, a leading chip design services company that was acquired by Qualcomm in 2004. Earlier in his career, Pradeep was with LSI Logic.
President, Software Business Unit
Glenn Hoogerwerf is the President, Software Business Unit at Aricent. Glenn brings 25 years of experience, most recently with HCL Technologies, where he launched the Product Testing Services business and was client partner for Microsoft. Previously, Glenn held leadership roles with Amazon, SureFind Corporation, Tandem Computers, Halliburton and GTE Telecom, and founded Vesta Labs and VMC Consulting.
President, Communications Business Unit
Dietmar Wendt is the President, Communications Business Unit at Aricent. Dietmar has over 30 years of experience in sales, marketing and services, and was most recently the Executive Vice-President Sales & Marketing at ASG Software. He has also held various leadership roles at T-Systems, Nortel and IBM.
Global Engineering Leader
Mohan Rangan is Vice President and Global Engineering Leader for Aricent, responsible for Semiconductor and Software clients. Mohan has been with Aricent for 20+ years when the company was named Hughes Software Systems. Previously, Mohan was a scientist with Defense Research & Development Organization.
Global Engineering Leader
Chandra Reddy is Vice president and Global Engineering Leader for India, Vietnam and China centers, responsible for Communications clients. Chandra has 20+ years product engineering experience, with 17+ years at Wipro.
General Counsel and Secretary
Amit Shashank is General Counsel and Secretary at Aricent. He joined Aricent after nine years as General Counsel at ExlService Holdings, a global business process solutions company providing outsourcing and analytics. Prior to Exl, Amit practiced corporate law for seven years at the New York law firm of Shearman & Sterling, LLP. He has a JD from the University of Michigan, and Masters from Oxford University where he was a Rhodes Scholar.
Payal Koul Mirakhur
Chief Strategy Officer
Payal is Aricent's Chief Strategy Officer responsible for Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions and Marketing. She has been at Aricent for over 15 years when the company was named Hughes Software Systems. She has held a number of positions of increasing responsibility leading business development, key accounts and most recently as business group leader for Europe. Prior to Aricent, Payal has worked at Wipro, GE Capital and Alcatel in various sales and business management roles.
Chief Client Officer
Camie Shelmire is Aricent’s Chief Client Officer responsible for driving our client-centric strategy and also leads the Global Human Resources team. Camie was most recently Senior Vice President of Financial Systems at Nationstar Mortgage Holdings. She spent more than twelve years with KPMG LLP and BearingPoint, delivering consulting, technology, process implementation and financial controls work for leading global clients.
Chief Technology Officer
Walid Negm is responsible for technology strategy and innovation at Aricent. Walid brings 25 years of experience, and was most recently with Accenture as Global Lead for Industrial Internet of Things. Walid co-founded Forum Systems, Kenai Systems, CellExchange and was the Director of e-Commerce Products with Oracle Corporation.

James H. Greene, Jr.
Chairman of the Board, Aricent
James H. Greene, Jr. is the Chairman of the Board of Aricent and is a Founding Partner of TrueWind Capital, LP. Jamie was with KKR & Co. from June 1986 through December 2014, including positions as Member and Advisory Partner. In his nearly thirty years with the firm, Jamie was involved in numerous investments, and has also been on the Board of Capital Safety Group, Capsugel, SunGard Data Systems, TASC, Tenovis and Zhone Technologies. Hewas a vice-president of Bankers Trust Company in Los Angeles where he was involved in large corporate transactions, management buyout financings and other merger & acquisition transactions. He is a trustee of the University of Pennsylvania, Vice-chairman of Penn’s Athletic Overseers Board, and co-chairman of Penn’s Lacrosse Alumni Board. He joined the Aricent Board in September, 2006.
Joe W. Forehand
Senior Advisor, KKR
Former Chairman and CEO, Accenture
Joe Forehand is a senior advisor, KKR and has served on the Board of Aricent since September, 2006. Joe was Accenture’s CEO from November, 1999 through August, 2004, leading the company through a period of change and growth, including the successful conclusion of arbitration with Andersen Worldwide, the Global Branding of Accenture, and the IPO in July, 2001. Mr. Forehand also led the Company’s strategic change initiative to focus on business consulting, technology leadership and outsourcing. He is a member of the Hands on Network Advisory council, which seeks to extend and enhance volunteer civic action through corporate participation.
Nathaniel H. Taylor
Nate Taylor joined KKR in 2005 and currently heads the Americas Retail Team. He has been involved with many investments at KKR, and currently sits on the Board of Directors of Aricent, Academy, National Vision, Toys “R” Us, and US Foods. Mr. Taylor helped to establish KKR’s Indian operations and has been on the Aricent Board since April, 2000. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Taylor was with Bain Capital, where he was involved with investments in the retail, health care and technology sectors.
Brittany Bagley joined KKR in 2007 in Menlo Park, California and is currently a member of the technology industry team focused on investments in semiconductors, hardware and consumer electronics. Ms. Bagley has been involved with investments in Avago and NXP, two global semiconductor companies, as well as TASC, Sonus, and Dollar General. She has been on the Aricent Board since February, 2014. Prior to KKR, Ms. Bagley was at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in San Francisco and was involved in a variety of technology mergers, acquisitions and other corporate advisory transactions.
